My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The location is superb, very close to the ultra-modern Palace Mall and right in the center of town. However, the room I got was not as expected, being small and set up for single occupancy despite booking for a double. The service was helpful, but there were some issues with additional charges and misunderstandings. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with a good variety of choices but also some concerns about food preparation. Overall, a decent stay for the price with some room for improvement.
